Ksenya is a true expert and a very attentive physiotherapist. I genuinely enjoy my sessions — nothing feels routine or “one-size-fits-all.” She uses different techniques depending on how I feel and always adapts the treatment. She carefully tracks any changes and keeps adjusting the plan, which makes a huge difference. After many unsuccessful attempts, I’m really glad I found someone who truly cares and puts so much effort into helping her patients.

She provided realistic, helpful recommendations and never tried to upsell, which made the experience feel very genuine and trustworthy. Definitely would recommend this place. I drove all the way up to Newmarket just for her (about a 45min drive), worth the drive in my opinion.
